...but closed on Saturday when we have been there :( The church looks very well renovated and is the only remarkable attraction in Cristian.

Living up to its name it kept us out until we found an unlocked door. There are no signs to indicate entry and there is no charge and you can take photos. Custodian opened up the church for us and left us free to roam....More

This is a nice, old fortification that worth visit if you are nearby. It is one of the nicest fortified chruches in the area of Sibiu.
