ABBA The Museum is more than an ordinary museum. Naturally, the members’ costumes, gold records, original items, memorabilia, and much, much more are here. But at this museum you are an important part of the experience! We simply want you to experience the feeling of being the 5th ABBA member. To find out what you would look like in their legendary stage costumes, to sing at the Polar Studio, to experience exciting 3D avatars, and to enter the stage together with the band.

What an amazing experience! You walk in and see a video of different stages of ABBA. You immediately remember every song. Walking through the museum you see artifacts, pictures, clothing. It was truly amazing. You can sing karokee on stage with holograms of ABBA, so...More

The best I can say about the ABBA Museum is that it's meh. It's less of a museum and more of a massive shrine to the band. Hearing the stories of how the band came together was interesting however there was nothing new that you...More

There is a lot going on at this museum. If you're an Abba fan then of course you must go. It is chock full of costumes, music, interactive stations, documentary movies, gold and platinum records and tapes, etc. I found it rather chaotic and not...More

Very nice museum and gets you in the mood to sing a lot of ABBA songs. Well done and you get to know the band mates and how they became ABBA!

Very cool museum where is something for everyone - read, look at pictures and videos, dance and sing with ABBA, admire band members' outfits, etc. Not just a museum but interactive trip down the memory lane.

We had great fun at this museum! We tried out every interactive exhibit with our group from the karaoke to dancing to singing to making a music video - it goes on. If you go, go with people who are prepared to try these out,...More

We were very excited to visit the ABBA museum, and it mostly lived up to our expectations. The museum has a nice sense of playfulness, and seeing the original costumes is nice. Of course it's also great to hear the tunes and have the chance...More

If you grew up in the seventies and eighties with this band you just sing along, lm not a big music chap but really did enjoy the hour we spent there and not far from hop on hop off bus stop.

As an Australian who grew up in the 70s I HAD to visit the ABBA Museum while in Stockholm. This museum had a lot of things in it but, honestly, I don't feel it was anywhere near worth the 250 Kroner entry fee (approx $38...More

Djurgarden & Djurgardsbrunn
The island of Djurgården and its northern mainland
extension, Djurgårdsbrunn, impress with a mix of
nature and an abundance of museums, while being
located in walking distance to Stockholm’s city
center. Djurgården not only invites visitors to take
endless walks through a beautiful park landscape
without having to leave the city, but also offers an
incredible range of entertainment facilities, such as

We will be in Stockholm on June 11th. I have tried to purchase advance tickets, but I have had trouble completing the payment transaction on the SJ website. Has any other visitors from the USA had this trouble?

It is cheaper to buy your ticket a head of time, but if you continue to have problems you can buy it at the museum. Have you tried buying on the museum's website? The Vasa museum is close by, I would recommend seeing that... More

Hello We will only be in Stockholm for 2 night at the end of June. I have been waiting to purchase tickets to the museum as I was waiting to see if more tickets for Mama Mia the party were going to be released passed the 18th June. If I could get tickets then I wanted to coordinate the museum visit with the party room. We can only see the show and therefore want to visit the museum on the 30th of June. Do you know if it will be on then and if it is, when will the next lot of tickets go on sale? If the show will not be on that day or night, of course we want to visit the museum and don't want to miss out on that. Are you able to inform me about the tickets for the party room as I don't want to wait too much longer to buy my museum tickets. We are coming from Australia and grew up listening to ABBA so the museum is a MUST SEE!! Thank you. Leanne
