Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

These two impressive buildings are located in the Norrmalm district on opposite sides of Kungsgatan. The symmetrical buildings are connected from the fourth floor by a footbridge running across the street.

The northern tower was completed according to architect Sven Wallander's drawings in 1924. The southern tower, designed by Ivar Callmander, was completed one year later. The 60-meter-high buildings have 17 floors.

Both buildings are office buildings, but there is business space on the ground floors and a restaurant on the top floor.

Very powerful towers. A mix of old and new. Great!
Une architecture qui est cependant assez déroutante.

They may have been regarded as skyscrapers when constructed in 1924 and 1925 but they wouldn't qualify as such today. Having said that, a very impressive landmark on the great Kungsgatan they present. A grand archway spans the street connecting the two towers.

The North Tower was open and we took the lift t the highest floor possible. Fine views of the cityscape were available from the various perspectives. Numerous church spires met the eye. Grona Lund was to be seen in the distance on Djurgarden.

The vistas brought home to us the low-rise nature of the city as a whole.

Kungstornen is a building with two towers located in Stockholm. It is a beautiful place to see if you walk in the zone. If not, I think it is not necessary.

A place that is striking for its originality, I don't understand much about architecture but this place is worth a visit. Advised
