The concept of the boule bar is a bit prestigious, but ever so smart! I can not recommend this enough! This is one of the most perfect experience family/single etc things you can do in Malmö!

Drottningtorget (English: Queen Square) is a major public square in central Malmö, Sweden. It lies between the main town square and Värnhem. The area dates back to at least the Middle Ages when the Adelgatan, one of the city's main streets, led to it and it became an important peasant trading centre. Just happened to walk through this area and was told its great in the summertime with people sitting out and "chilling!" In November it was simply chilly!

A very pretty little square with a boule bar, fantastic Italian gelato, a very good Lebanese restaurant and around the corner is a great little neighbourhood Italian restaurant. The city could clean up the rubbish a bit though, lots of old rubbish lying in the gutters.

there is a nice history to this place, and perhaps when there are events taking place it is more interesting, but i would have missed it entirely walking by it if tripadvisor had not alerted me to its presence. don't bother unless you know there is something going on here.

Nice square in old part of east central Malmö. Has a good ice cream and coffee shop and also the Boule Bar - which is a great indoor spot winter time and even better outside for drinks and coffees on a warm summers day.

Local haunt frequented by residents for its flea markets - nothing to crow about. Better to spend time elsewhere.

Drottningtorget is somewhat a "forgotten" area as it's on the east side of the inner city and only locals find it! Lots of outdoor sales on weekends second hand lovers!
