Nice square and surrounding shopping district. Small though. Won't require much time to see unless you eat or shop intensively.

Stortorget has changed its looks several times through centuries. Today, it is surrounded by a mixture of modern and historical. buildings , my favorite being the old City Hall and Residensen.

A lot of pretty and old buildings in this square and a good place for an ice cream before you go to the nearby small square which is better for eateries.

all you have to do is turn left out of the main entrance of Malmo Station. Cross the river and it's in front of you. It's a 3 minute walk
