It was a nice walk from the hotel to this building. The exhibition was modern and I took some photos of the stones arranged on a table, because I have holidays close to sea and everytime we collect stones-but how can we store them in a nice way-I got an idea.

I was there on 20th June with my husband. We went there only to visit the Sapmi Church (Nederlulea) and village in Gammelstad. They gave us wrong information about the opening hours of the museum and church. When we arrived the Church was closed (apparently due to religious ceremonies), but there was no sign and of course we weren't told... More

I was there as part of a conference and as a venue for that it worked really well. The seafront view, close proximity to central town, cafe, library makes it a very comfortable venue to spend your conference days. Good mingeling areas, combined with decent rooms for presentations and debates makes it a good place. Simply a good use of... More

Fantastic venue , the building was built recently and houses the library, tourist information and concert hall. There is a lovely wee cafe here which do wonderful fresh coffee and have lovely cakes. Free wifi here too. Beautiful views across the sea. Which was frozen when we visited !! Would recommend a visit.

Surprinsingly pleasant this building just by seafront view. You can change/buy books, read the newspaper and enjoy the cosy atmosphere!

A group of friends and I had lunch at Kulturens Hus. The dining room brings back memories from the school mess. Incredibly dreary and drab. The food is served up buffet style and the lunchtime menu seems to have a choice of two mains. The food was bland and barely warm and very overpriced. I will not return.

The attached library is nice and at 2 PM one day we participated in a Gong Meditation. It was unusual and pleasant and free. That evening there was a series of Rock concerts for about 200 SEK. We did not stay. The building is modern and nice.

I've been only inside the tourist information office, the staff was really helpful and answered all my infinite questions giving me all the informations I did need to visit the city and its surroundings, maps, bus schedules, hiking paths and so on, excellent

The visitor center is only open during a limited time that I had to get off work early to get some souvenir items from the shop. Ate lunch (buffet) once and it was pretty good for the price.

The Kulturens Hus is Lulea's house of culture conveniently located in the city centre. This wonderful meeting point has a multi storey and multi language library along with a cinema an art exhibition and a cafe. This place cannot be described in words so if you get the chance, then visit the Kulturens Hus
