No experience but decided to tackle 5 Grade first - Wairoa. Pete and Hoss great with us novice bunch. Friendly guides, patient with teaching us the 'moves'. Definitely intend booking with them again to do the Rangataiki

Both were really great, Wairoa is heaps longer. The raft guides talked a lot of hilarious niggle. I shouldn't have splashed mike got a bit carried away. I am not sure about diesel on a bonfire.. Pete guided our raft and performed an outstanding rescue...More

We originally booked the kaituna however the banks burst and we were provided reasonable alternative options. Rangitaiki river was very enjoyable, beautiful scenery , intimate experience led by highly competent experienced instructors (Mike and Katie ).
