Beautiful city attraction

You will probably walk by it without having to make this a destination. So well kept the whole place is, you will wonder how really old it is. Very photogenic too! :-)

This is the city's oldest church. Unlike most buildings, this church survived the 1728 fire. The tower and nave date back to the 15th century, while the north and south transepts were added in the 17th century. It's vaulted sepulchral chapel has monuments and tombs dating back to 1681.

Be sure to check ahead but it still may be closed when you get there. It's relatively close to the marble church and a few shops nearby so make the journey at that time, don't go out of your way otherwise.

Some interesting features inside this church - and it is sufficiently tucked away from major tourist routes that it is unlikely to have many visitors when you stop by. Nothing overly impressive but a worthwhile stop if you are passing by.
