We booked onto the 4 hour Culinary experience tour, it ended up being a private tour for me and hubby as we were the only ones booked on! You start in the market halls with cheese and licorice - and a little something to warm you up! There's about 4km walking throughout the tour, but you do stop at several... More

Food tours whilst travelling are the closest thing to staying with friends and getting a locals take on where to eat, what to eat and what to take home with you. Maria did an excellent job of making our group feel welcome and informed about what we where eating and why it mattered. It is wonderful to know that Copenhagen... More

The food tour starts out in the covered markets near Nørreport station, we got there a bit early to explore the food halls (and thought the tour started at 10:00AM instead of 10:30AM). We met the tour outside, and then proceeded to have some amazing food through the whole tour. It was a cold day and we did end up... More

The food, history and culture - Rosemary took us on such a memorable tour and I enjoyed every minute of it. We should have joined the tour on the first or second day instead of last of our visit of the city therefore we may go back to explore a few places of interest.

My husband and I always do some type of food tour in every place we visit during our holidays. I would highly recommend this food your, you receive a lot of different tasting that you don't go away hungry and it a great way to get a sense of Copenhagen's food sense.

This was our second visit to Copenhagen and we decided to book a food tour as opposed to a regular sightseeing tour. Maria was a great guide and very funny. The food was yummy, in particular the smørrebrød (make sure you only have a light breakfast that day). We particularly enjoyed the candy shop towards the end - seize the... More

We visited Copenhagen as a citybreak over halloween time and booked this food tour on tripadvisor recommendation. One of the highlights of the trip! The tour we took was the 'culinary excellence tour', it began in the main market, Torvehallerne and lasted around 4 hours. Our tour guide Maria was so lovely and very knowledgable about Copenhagen. We had 8... More

We booked the special Christmas food tour and we had a blast. Our tour guide was Maria and Rachel (another guide I believe) was helpful in keeping doors open for all of us and keeping an eye on numbers. We had the full Danish Christmas day experience from some cheese and local liquor from the market halls to the main... More

On our first full day in Copenhagen we booked the four hour tour with Maria. She was a fabulous guide who offered insight into not only the food we were sampling but Danish society and history. The variety and quantity of food was perfect, the walking easy and there was enough time at each location to appreciate the location and... More
