It will take awhile to go thru the whole place. It is a good look at the total history of the country. Had a great lunch at Smor.

Well worth a visit with an extensive collection. The Danish Art was the highlight but the European Collection also contains many interesting pieces some by well known artists. The cafeteria looked expensive and hot so we went elsewhere.

The admission price includes the special exhibits which is always nice. This is a large gallery and spans a wide range of years so there's something for everyone. Some great paintings by Danish artists.

I visited it couple of times, and all times it was a great pleasure. Planning visit try to set time before or after to walk though the city parks around.

The National Gallery is well-worth a visit, especially if you appreciate European art. The legends next to the art work are in Danish and English. The collection is extensive and spans the ages, including some recent artists.
