Another quick attraction to stop by on your way to/from Ameliaborg Slott. It is this MASSIVE and conspicuous marble edifice in the sightline from Ameliaborg. It is a round church with domed rotunda, designed to impress with it's intricate neo-classic design details and sheer scale....More

It's small but its dome is towering. It makes for a great photo when taken from a distance and placing the dome in the middle of Amalianborg Palace. You could even see its grandeur beauty from the river when you take the canal tour.

This church is not far from the residential palace of the royals. The church itself is nothing spectacular.

We weren't quite sure what to expect from this church as it's nothing like the magnificent cathedrals you see elsewhere, but the interior is well worth a look. The church is almost all marble and the dome is spectacular. It's well worth a visit.

Walk in for free and enjoy the painted ceilings. Sit down and try to guess how high they are. Look around at the history and enjoy.

A lovely church, delightful interior and beautiful ceiling. The best church I've ever seen? - No, but still lovely.

This is the heart of old town Copenhagen, with its
blend of charming old buildings and bold new
architecture, broad avenues and tiny streets as well

city is home to the Royal Danish Theatre, which
consists of three buildings, two of which are new and
situated on the harbor front. The streets, squares and
venues of the inner city and its surrounding
