Wow amazing array of shops. And eating options...Mama Rosa does a cheapish lunch menu. We liked it. Posh department shops and UK high street options (top shop) and then souvenir shops too
If you like to go shopping for the big brands this is the street for you. If you prefer more boutiques, vintage stores or specialty shops you can better try the streets right behind the Stroeget.

This street, approximately a mile long, contains a large selection of shops selling everything under the sun, including a number selling fabulous Danish designed goods. There are plenty of bars and restaurants too. The Christmas markets were also underway when we were there.
Beautiful buildings to gaze at whilst eating or drinking in the many and varied cafes/restaurants/coffee shops. Lots of lovely shops many individual ones and of course the haute couture too, covering all manner of wares. Two Christmas markets were here too. Don't miss the opportunity...More
Simply don’t!! Crowded and poor shops. Pick the side streets instead. So much nicer!! Strøget is for tourists.
