We perform checks on reviews.
Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We paid 75 euros each to attend the Vienna concert
on 29/12.
We couldn't believe our eyes, a small orchestra the conductor was reading from an A4 sheet
about what we will hear, the two dancing couples could not take their aprons, they did not know the steps, they were out of sync, nothing to do with what they were advertising!!!!
We had the impression that we were going to see something magical before the New Year and we went, a real shame as a family!!!

Also I would like to mention about the nutcracker show, we paid
40 euros each and it was like watching a high school play the sets were
elementary school, the ballet was like amateurs dancing, we left at the first break!!
nothing to do with the poster with the fantastic scene with the ballet of Kiev !!
Know that the world is not irrelevant, you have a responsibility when you charge so much
a show, the viewer has the same requirement!!

After all, there is not even a bell, people come in up to 15 to 20 minutes later instead of closing the door to start the show!
In all European countries they are uploading high level extensions, is there no one in charge to check what will be uploaded??

Event: "The Vienna Palace Orchestra", Friday, 29/12.
A Christmas event, in an environment reminiscent of a rehearsal with an audience.
Complete lack of any decoration in the room.
Not even slides of similar content on the screen behind the orchestra.
Otherwise, a Christmas event.
One might think: cheap and grabby.

Extremely small screens to the right and left of the stage that do not allow the viewer to comfortably follow the subtitles. In some places they are even hidden by the balconies of the galleries, in others they are very far away (especially when the text is large and the font gets smaller). Either more screens should be placed in the center of the room or there should be a video projector with the text large, easily readable on the wall behind the stage. For an opera (Galateia) mandatory, but also for a performance (My beloved Smyrna) it is an important convenience.

I went there to view the famous opera "cats" and it was a great experience! As a building it is great and it reminds me similar attractions I had visit abroad. Well done for the great work!

The venue is impressive and quite suitable for all sorts of big events. The acoustics during the mama mia performance was of high standard too.
The staff is helpful and there is a provisional taxi rank whenever a big event is on. You can also reach it on foot walking along the sea promenade from the White Tower.

The atmosphere is nice and the prices are trying to reflect some kind of better service and good quality. The toilets tho are shocking. You can easily catch diseases in there...

Quite far from the center, but it is a pleasant walk along the promenade. Not really worth to walk just for the building, though.

Very good location, appropriate architecture and for daily visits good spot for having coffee or lunch break on the fifth floor.

By the sea, an amazing architecture building almost brand new, we saw an excellent Russian VIP opera, and we had an incredible dinner at the restaurant across the building in the Concert Hall Union.
I would recommend a place to visit.
