- Jade T2 contributionsFavourite vineyard in Santorini! We came to Art Space as part of a wine tour and we were so pleasantly surprised. Esmeralda was a stunning guide, so warm and funny. She took us around the beautiful old cellars that house both the wine and art work by artists from the region. This was our favourite wine tasting of the day, absolutely delicious whites and Esmeralda talked us through all the different varieties with much patience and kindness. A highlight of our time here!Visited March 2024Travelled with familyWritten 22 March 2024
- lucretiaMykonos, Greece52 contributionsA Perfect pairingArt Space was our first wine tasting experience in Santorini and we loved it. Friendly professional staff, great historical caverns, lovely white wines and sacrament wine Vino Santos. Unique to combine an art gallery and wine. It gave us more to talk about than just the wine! And you can purchase the art snd support local artists. It was nice and cool too. Go! Enjoy the sensations of this one if a kind placeVisited May 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 10 May 2024
- JennyNew Mexico19 contributionsSuch a wonderful placeIt was a great place to visit. The art is a nice touch to have on the tour. We fell in love with a few art pieces but were too expensive for us to buy. Looking at the place and art was amazing. Now let's talk wine. I am honestly not a wine person, but the family enjoyed it. I actually liked a specific one called Mezzo (if you are like me and like sweets you will like this one). And last but not least, the person who gave the tour was wonderful. Her name is Esmeralda and I highly recommend her. She was so funny, we were laughing the whole time. They also ship the wines which is a plus (6 per package) so we ended up doing that.Visited May 2024Travelled with familyWritten 15 May 2024
- Nadia K3 contributionsAn amazing experienceArt space is a true gem that offers an exceptional wine experience. Margarita was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, eager to share insights about each wine in the wine making process. The wine selection was impressive showcasing top quality wines.Visited September 2024Travelled with friendsWritten 26 September 2024

While most tourists go to the more commercial winery, we were fortunate enough to have our guide recommend Art Space Gallery for our visit. We had the pleasure of touring the facilities and sampling their VERY limited and exclusive wines, guided by the beautiful Esmeralda who treated us like family. We couldn't recommend a visit to Art Space Gallery any more highly! If you have the time (or can make the time), make this hidden gem one of your main stops
Thank you Esmeralda (your husband, and your wonderful staff) for making our visit a memeroy to last a lifetime ❤️

This place is so unusual and well worth the ride into the middle of the island. Caves full of art from local Greek artists plus a tour of the old winery and then a tasting - a highly unique experience that I would do again for sure. Well worth an hour or so of your time.

You’ll see this signposted on the road out of Kamari. It’s definitely worth a look for an hour or so. We were shown round with just two other visitors by the elderly son of one of the two brothers who founded the winery. It’s of historic interest in its own right, but there is also a small art collection which is worth seeing, At the end of the tour we took part in some wine tasting, at 10 euros per person.

Everything was a top quality. We had this pleasure to be guided by the owner himself. He explained in details everything about the wine making process, he also kindly answered our questions. When it comes to wine tasting we had 6 wines and vodka to taste for 10€. This winery is really worth the money I highly recommend it!!!

We were recommended this place by our hotel & it did not disappoint.
This is one of the smaller and older wineries in the area. We were greeted by the owner who gave us a tour of the winery and carefully explained the history and how wine is made. The added bonus is the beautiful pieces of Art created by local and international artists.
We enjoyed the wine tasting, and after listening to what we liked, the owner made some great recommendations which we took home with us.

I was there with my husband. You can have a private tour around the winery and can able to see paintings and the history of their family business. At the end of the tour, you Will be offered wine tasting for 10euro. The tourguide is til difficult to understand, so we just did our research Self. But ITS otherwise interesting. You can do it same time as you go to Kamari beach. They are lying close to each other 😉

Visiting this venue was suggested by out guide and it was perfect. The tour lead us thru the interior spaces and provided a detailed history of wine making on Santorini. The art work was interesting but the wines were excellent. Actually brought some back home with us. Definitely call ahead and get on a tour.

This winery is also a small gallery showcasing the work of international and local artists. Having tried their wine at a restaurant in Oia we wanted to visit the winery itself and it was a great short trip. The outside surroundings aren't particularly picturesque but the wine, art and welcome were lovely.

Fantastic little winery and art gallery! We have been to Art Space four times and each has been special and memorable. This time was especially good. They have expanded both the tasting area and the staff. The wines and art have always been excellent but the experience was a high point of our entire Santorini trip this time. Panos, who is also one of the artists, gave us a great tour and told of the long history of the winery. Each wine that we tasted was delicious (we even sent six bottles home!). The location is off the beaten path but worth the trip!!

A sommelier from another winery suggested we visited Art Space. And we are very happy we did get to taste their wine! In our opinion, they have the best wine in Santorini - we visited 11 wineries!
The owner did the tasting and told us about his winery. It’s the smallest winery there but it produces the best wine!

Going early May 2022. Do you need to make reservations if you are driving on your own?
Written 28 March 2022
Would anyone be able to comment on what the price of admission is?
Thanks!
Written 31 May 2015
Hi - we visited in May 2016. There was no admission fee, and no fee for a tour of the winery either. Tasting of 6 wines cost 5 Euros each.
