....and having time to kill while Mrs LL was wandering and pestering shopkeepers, wandered in for a quick look. I'm not really a culture-vulture but I enjoyed the building, firstly; beautifully restored and rather elegant. The aircon was welcome, too. The art on display ranged...More

This museum is rather small but at just €3 (or €1.50 if you have a ticket from the fort) it's a steal. The building itself is very inviting and trendy, and feels welcoming. You probably won't spend longer than 30 mins to 1 hour in...More

The exhibition that we visited was of high quality items, mainly paintings, but, for me, the delight was the building itself. An old building gutted and rebuild to a high spec with varying floor levels and room sizes. A delight.

A converted Venetian house gives a beautiful space for the art work. Sadly some was disappointing, perhaps simply a personal view.

Interesting and thought provoking - about the migrant crisis and about our sense of self and how it feels to be an outsider amongst other topics.

Nice building housing changing exhibitions. The one we saw was slightly harrowing and very interesting. They had a film playing in the entrance hall which showed other exhibitions that have been on. Inexpensive to visit and a pleasant change from the tourism outside.

This exhibition focuses on the challenges and the hardships of failing economies and of immigration on individuals and communities in Greece and Syria. The images and the video commentary clips are powerful and hard hitting. A fantastic...More

There is a new exhibit about the human story behind the economic crisis in Geece and Syria. It is disturbing and very powerful.
