Driver was waiting at airport , was friendly and car was large,modern and comfortable. For return trip, driver was waiting for us about 15 mins before due time and helped with our cases to the car ( uphill). Again, quality air-conditioned, modern vehicle. Good comes before trip. To save myself the stress after a long journey from the US, I booked a taxi with CreteCab. I promptly received a confirmation and the diver was waiting for me when I arrived at Heraklion Airport, with a sign. He was friendly and gave me a bootle of water, which was nice. Highly recommend!

Booked round trip private taxi from Heraklion to Piskopiano. Both hires were on time, drivers friendly and polite and vehicles clean. Also received text updates as to the booking and the names of the drivers. Would thoroughly recommend if travelling to Crete!

We utilized Crete Cab's services extensively during out July/Aug. trip to Crete in 2023. We used them for multiple day and half day trips, transportation between cities and airport transfers. We had 2 main drivers, Samson and George. Sampson took us from Chania to Elafonisi and back. One the return trip, we did a 5 hour booking and had a stop at Falassarna. Sampson was professional and helpful and a very safe driver (very important on Crete. Winding roads through mountains and gorges). He even helped dispose of our daughers vomit bag (she gets carsick very easily especially on winding roads like on Crete. Not a reflection on the driving. It was as smooth as possible). George tooks us on multiple trips (date trip Rethymnon to Preveli, transfer Rethymon to Iraklio and Iralkio to Agios Nikolaos with a stopover at Malia beach (5 hour trip). He was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, especially about restaurants. Not only did we have some great stopovers at places along the way, he knew some of the best places to eat in Iraklio and Agios Nikolaos. We were in food nirvana because of his recommendations. He also helped disposing our daughter's vomit bag (a recurrent situation unfortunately). He geniously cared about our safety. We stayed a little too long at Preveli beach which you have to reach by walking along a challenging path. Locals will tell you it is 5 min, but it is really about 20. The sense of time in Greece is quite interesting. The sun started to set as we started back on the path. Midway, he showed up with a flashlight to make sure we got back to the car in one piece. On the way to Agios Nikolaos, he stopped at a small grocery to buy us local bananas unpromtpted (they are grown locally and are delicious). When he heard we only liked raki if it was infused/flavored, he brought and gifted us rose flavored raki. I could go on and on, the hospitality was incredible. We will use Crete Cab for all our transportation needs next time we are in Crete. Can't recommend them enough!

Shopped around for cab to Heraklion Airport which was 1.5 hours away from where we were staying. These guys had a competitive price, responded to emails immediately, send me a reminder confirmation the night before. Highly efficient. Driver was early, professional, friendly. 10/10 service. Very impressive. Would not use anyone else on future visits to Crete.

The driver was excellent and waiting for us as soon as we walked through Customs. He was happy to answer our questions about Crete. He even gave us both a free bottle of water. We were picked up at the airport by Joseph the driver who was very well mannered and knowledgable. He took us to our villa in luxury taxi and also gave us both a bottle of water (very much appreciated and good thoughts from the company) he also told us a bit about Analipsi where we were staying and about local produce . Excellent service !!!

Recently used CreteCabs for our airport transfer from Heraklion to our holiday hotel. Upon booking, we was giving immediate confirmation of our details and the steps that would follow closer to our arrival… regarding pick up, the taxi driver and care registration details etc. - This was a perfect reassurance for us, as we arrived late and did not want the worry or stress of having to sort out any transfers after we landed. As Cretecabs tracks your flight time, they were there to greet us once we had our luggage, with our names sign posted. - It was all quick and such an easy transfer. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of our driver properly ( as I was a little sleepy from the flight), but he was great, made introductions and confirmed destination. Took our luggage with permission and off we went to the car. Our driver made sure the music played and the aircon was to our taste and liking. I will use and book cretecab again for our transfer back to the airport, we felt they were so well organised and made the start of our trip smooth and relaxing after such a flight. 100% five stars
