Spinalonga is a stones throw away from the hotel. We organised the hotel speedboat to take us there. Fascinating history. Go early before it gets to hot & the tour groups arrive.

You might be able to do organise this from Plaka the resort nearest to Spinalonga -there is also a boat which leaves the ports of Elounda and Agios at 12:30 and then you can book a tour with a guide at the island I think... More
