Incredible store and customer service!

This is an excellent store for actual quality Komboloi. The in-store service was excellent but more importantly, they stand by the quality of their products. When I arrived back in the United States, I contacted tham about a small issue I found with a cracked bead (Camel Bone Bead). Without a question, they stood by their product and excellent reputation and immediately sent me a replacement. I am highly impressed and strongly recommend this store!

Affordable, yet Nice Quality Worry Beads

I only stopped by this place because it was near the hostel I was staying at, but found after a few days in Athens that their collection of komboloi (worry beads) and begleri (single strand, smaller worry beads) are so much better than the average you can get in other places in Athens. You can get cheap komboloi from street shops for 2-3 euros, but they look cheap and are usually soiled from being hung outside for a long time. The komboloi you can get at this store for 5 euros are so much nicer, better quality and more beautiful. I got several as gifts.

Worry beads carry no religious meaning at all, at least in Greece, which I learned from this store. Thus, you're not doing any offense to any religion by carrying it around, nor are you offending any of your friend's religion by giving it as a gift. It's really a great gift.

This store also has other elegant jewelry and higher priced komboloi made of precious stones or seeds with really nice scent.

Great place to purchase Greek, 'Worry Beads': KOMPOLOI BEADS. Great Customer Service! Great selection of BEADS...REALLY ENJOYED THIS PLACE. The Shop Owner's sister, Anna was FABULOUS to talk with and provided great info about the art/bead work and area!

Must buy kombolói here!

A magnificent selection of quality kombolói! The ladies were very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and spoke English well. I enjoyed an array of kombolói within my price range before selecting the one right for me. We searched out this store out after reading the reviews here on TripAdvisor and it was well worth it!

This is the place with very artistic graffiti. You need to walk around the neighbourhood to look for the graffiti. Really amazing!

exceptional variety of worry beads, unusual handcrafts, great gifts from Greece!

I found this store because i wished to buy a variety of worry beads as gifts for the men at my son's wedding rehearsal dinner. The ladies in the store were so patient and helpful, there is a beautiful variety of beads in all price ranges from 5 euros into the 100s. Each set was carefully and exquisitely wrapped, with a sign of what each set was made of. I also found lovely small wall hangings whihc were bubble wrapped for traveling. No need to go anywhere else for small Greek Handicraft gifts.
