Fantastic customer service and care

A group of 10 us went here in the middle of November 2019. The team at paintball park Malakasa were so helpful and friendly from start to finish, I was able to book our place from England after a discussion with them directly on Facebook in English and when we got there they were very welcoming, informative and we had a great time. Due to being a large group we had to travel in three taxis, unfortunately we experienced the other side of Athens when one of the taxi drivers tried to charge us after he took a long detour after a wrong turn and when we refused to pay the difference he became quite aggressive and followed us into the park. The park owners were so helpful in mediating between us and defusing the issue then organised our transport home at a time that suited us in a single mini bus and even sent a message to make sure we’d got home okay and enjoyed ourselves. Would highly recommend them to anybody who loves paintball or wants to try as they’re suited to all levels of ability and they know how to treat their customers!

I had a very good time there playing with my classmates, nice war zone fields with a lot of equipment, i think it has the biggest dimensions of field in greece!!! Nice job guys

Party in the woods

Amazing experience. I was invited to a party and while at first I was hesitant about whether it was for women and how I would play I just didn't want to stop. Nice scenarios, awesome forest setting and very kind staff. We had a lot of fun and will definitely go again! Well done for the organization!!!

no one buys black carpets and very expensive

the worst foreigner I've ever had, a very small range that is for a few people, black carpets, the guns were loose in every round or ran out of air and the bullets didn't even reach 10 meters with force and VERY EXPENSIVE

Αγαπητέ κυριε μήπως αναφέρεστε κόπου αλλού , δεδομένου οτι δεν μπορούμε να σας βοούμε με το nickname σας στην λίστα των πελατών μας , έχουμε την εντύπωση οτι έχετε κανει κάποιο λάθος , καθώς : 1) η μικρότερη πιστα που έχουμε είναι 9 στέμματα και η μεγαλύτερη 33 ( οπου είναι και μια απο τις μεγαλύτερες τις Ευρώπης ! Εάν δεν έχετε την δυνατότητα εκτίμησης τι σημαίνει 9 στρέμματα σας ενημερώνουμε οτι η μικρότερη μας πιστα ( αυτή των 9 στρεμμάτων ) είναι μεγαλύτερη από οποιαδήποτε άλλη ( μικρή ή μεγάλη ) της αγοράς ! Σ αυτή την πιστα μπαίνουν γκρουπ εως 12-14 άτομα , ανάλογα την εμπειρία και το προφίλ τους , οπου είναι καθοριστικος παράγοντας για να μπουν σε μεγαλύτερο χώρο . 2) Δεν κατανοούμε τι εννοείτε λέγοντας ¨¨οτι χαλάγανε ή δεν ειχαν αερα¨, καθώς για το μεν πρώτο οι πλειονότητα των πελατών μας κανει θετικά σχολια για την ευθυβολία και αξιοπιστία τους και το δε δεύτερο είναι σύμπτωμα κάθε οπλου καθως ο αερας του δεν ειναι ανεξάντλητος ( όπως καταλαβαίνετε ) , χωρίς αυτό να σημαίνει οτι ειναι πρόβλημα του οπλου ! Οσο για 3) θα σας προκαλέσουμε να έρθετε ΟΠΟΙΑΔΗΠΟΤΕ στιγμή και χωρίς να πληρώσετε ούτε ενα ευρώ να κανουμε ΜΕ ΟΠΟΙΟΔΗΠΟΤΕ οπλο ΕΣΕΙΣ επιλέξετε μια δοκιμή , οπου θα πετύχουμε στοχο στα 25 μετρα ( ευθύβολα ) ενω θα δείτε οτι η μπίλια φτανει συνολικά στα 60μ ! Εαν λοιπόν θέλετε να είστε μια αξιόπιστη πηγή πληροφόρησης και οχι μια κακοπροαίρετη κριτική αμφιβόλου προελεύσεως δεν έχετε παρα να έρθετε και μαζί να μας αποδείξετε τους ισχυρισμούς σας ΑΛΛΙΩΣ θα θεωρήσουμε οτι διακατέχεστε απο κάποια άσχετα με την επιχείρηση κίνητρα και η κριτική σας ειναι παραπλανητική και αναληθής . Σεβόμαστε κάθε άποψη και εκτιμούμε κάθε γνώμη αλλά είμαστε υποχρεωμένοι να διαφυλάξουμε και την εικόνα μας έναντι κάθε σκόπιμης και ανακριβούς κριτικής , οπου η μονη απόδειξη είναι μια ΠΡΑΓΜΑΤΙΚΗ επίσκεψη στο πάρκο μας και μια δοκιμή προς απόδειξη των ισχυρισμών σας ! Σας ευχαριστούμε και σας περιμείνουμε !
