Whenever we visit a town that hosted an Olympic event, we always try to visit the main theater. Of course, when you are in Athens, visiting the Olympic Theater is a must. Its Huge!

Please note that this is a page on the Old Opera ("Olympia" Theatre), NOT the Stadium of the 1896 Olympics! And yes, the Opera is a wonderful place, we love it and we always enjoy it.

Don't miss the Olympia Theater if you visit Athens. Really impressive. Good for a visit with kids; they can run a full tour and get on the podium afterwards.
