We didn't know the theater is active, but there is a lot of theater, performances, music that takes place here. The website is not always accurate on the schedule, but they have something often. If you're nearby, check it out at 8PM.

Well you can't fault a venue that is still being used for it's original purpose 1800+ years after it was built. This 5000 seat theatre venue still has concerts and is situated on the slopes of the Acropolis so it is easy to find.
