I'm a proficient cook and was initially skeptical about the "hands on" description, but this is a class that really demonstrates the critical smell/taste/touch value of learning new recipes and techniques. The meal we produced was shockingly efficient, but delicious. Nikos was a great teacher...More

A terrific time with Chef Nik, From explanation of the dishes to visiting the Athens markets you will enjoy this class. Nik is professional yet so friendly and interesting. Made an entire meal from scratch and it included interesting variations of classic greek dishes.

Nick was a great teacher and a lot of fun. We were with him in the market and his kitchen for 6 hours. Quite the learning experience. Would recommend him again and again.
