The route to the temple is scenic, with narrow hilly roads making most part. The temple is absolutely beautiful. If you want to have a dip in the water, mind you the water is extremely cold :-)

the temple is open for about 6 months in a year, from may to october. the exact dates has to be ascertained before visit, varies every year.
