Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We set off on the 50 min one way trip to see Cambodia's largest waterfall from Sen Monorom. It was an interesting trip by tuk tuk and involved many bumpy roads. Admission was $5USD per person (at time of writing). There is a paved path that goes down to the base of the waterfall lined with vendors selling food and trinkets. The waterfall was lovely and showed up great in the photos we took. We were a bit apprehensive to swim however as the water seemed murky (dry season) and also there was a fair bit of rubbish in the water, meaning that we didn't spend longer than say 20 mins here. Cambodia clearly has a big issue with single use, plastic waste and I think both locals and tourists alike need to pitch in and not only limit their consumption but also clean up after themselves. Otherwise it just ruins the enjoyment of something that should clearly be one of the top national attractions. I wouldn't visit here again unless the management of this site cleans it up more, at the moment it's just not worth the price or the lengthy journey to get here - there are simply other better options

Amazing wild nature. One of the most beautiful water falls in Cambodia. Big space, area to rest, meet with family and friends, good parking.
Just should have more conscience of keeping clean this fantastic area and not drop plastic and rubbish everywhere, they are bins but still people drops where they want and very dangerous because bottles of glass near the walking water area.

A beautiful place to visit. Make the effort to get under the waterfall and enjoy being wet and seeing natures beauty up close. While the waterfall itself was awesome, the cultural village with it was quite disappointing. The zip line was closed with no indication if it was ever opening again.

This waterfall exceeded our expectations. You have to pay a couple of thousand riel to enter, but the waterfall itself is beautiful. It's a pity that so many people throw their rubbish away in beautiful places like this; there were many plastic bottles and other bits and pieces lying around. Please take your rubbish with you!

We hired a tuktuk for the day and went around many site but this waterfall was by far the best site in Mondolkiri. We had fun going up but didn’t swim since the current felt really strong. We also tried different fruits and drinks.

Beautiful little stop if you are in the area. It is 2.50 to enter the park and around .50 to park a motorbike if you drive. The walk down to the falls is very easy and on a nice cement stairs path. There are many many local food and drink stands but I would suggest bringing water and snacks ahead of time as thy can be a little more costly at tourist spots like this. The bottom of the falls can be really crowded on a busy day and you may also not want to wear nice shoes as it is typically a little muddy.

Worth a visit. Impressive and it’s cool you can hike wherever you want. What’s not cool is you can hike wherever you want - someone is going to fall to their death. Lots of vendors selling local food and crafts. An occasional monkey. Bathrooms are not good. Lots of trash.
