The singer has a beautiful vocal and a wonderful expressionist. She was singing with two fabulous classical string guitarists. Fado is soulful. During the interval, we were served a nice glass of 25 year old tawny port, many people has given a nice compliment on...More

Just an amazing performance, taking full advantage of the wonderful acoustic. The duet literally made the hairs on my neck stand on end.

What a fabulous event, the singer AnaMargarida sang as if it was her one and only performance, giving her all (but the show runs almost every evening). Everyone enjoyed it in a very small intimate setting. The staff was friendly and personable. Highly recommended.

A great way to enjoy high quality music in an acoustically perfect place. Anna Margarita and the musicians were superb. At 6pm it is a wonderful way to enjoy the music without necessarily going to a tourist restaurant late at night. Anna's voice is beautiful...More

We walked past the music shop in the early afternoon and looked in. We then saw the programme for a Fado concert in the evening. We had tried to book a Fado dinner at a couple of restaurants but they were all fully booked so...More

This was great experience! People say "Fado is not sung, it happens" and I understood the meaning of the phrase after I've seen this performance. The fadista and both of the guitar players made me feel what they are singing and playing about: I could...More
