No I don't think so. There are many hills around and uneven pavements Porto which would make it difficult for a toddler.

We booked online & went yesterday. Porto is starting to get quite busy & 4 groups running when we went. I would suggest booking online to avoid disappointment if there are a lot of people on the day you want to go. Then... More

Apparently one cannot simply post a link in an answer on this site. So, search for "free porto walking tours" and about the fourth one (on Google) is portowalkers . The 10:45am walk is the one we did.
