Converted from a convent building the tiles were added later but are stunning well worth a visit. The tiles reflect the history and social aspects of the country and are free to visit

Beautiful and engaging. worth the visit. Look around the ceiling for the history of the Portuguese transport, horse and cart to modern train.

Worth popping in to this station to have a look around. Great unique Victorian feel to the place. Old fashioned and unspoiled.

One of the most beautiful train stations i have ever visited. The ceramics depicting life in days gone by and history of Porto were magnificent. The windows and ceiling were also awesome. I would highly recommend a visit.

Wonderful tiles on the interior that tell stories of Porto’s history including murals of port boats, rural activities and transportation up to when the train arrived. These are the colored tiles above the blue tiled murals. Definitely worth a visit.

The trainstation had a very impressive hall with artwork on the walls and the trains are entering the building from a tunnel. The place looks like it came from a movie. One of the must have seen when visting Porto.

Railway station very beautiful. In the entrance hall there is a set of magnificent blue tiles. Very busy area to and from the city center. Place to start travel to other cities. Place to visit!

No. I was there yesterday and there was no Time Out market there to be seen. Can’t see how that would work at the site, TBH. Perhaps near it, but inside it would be a travesty - in my humble opinion :) If you’re after a... More
