We loved everything about this establishment. The wine barrels were fun, clean, and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. The wine was fantastic. The staff so warm and accommodating. 5++ stars.
We spent three days visiting the Douro region and stayed at Pacheca in one of their "wine barrels" as most of the other hotels in the area were fully booked.

Went here with friends and family to taste and purchase some of their port. Their unqualified sales people were only attending to some horrible Americans and had no clue what they were talking about. Not recommended.
