The Arch of the New Gate is a few hundred metres from the Braga Train Station. Thus when you walk to the Braga town centre from the train station it is the first tourist attraction you see. The gate is the entrance, and part of the old wall, to Old Town Braga. It’s architecture is beautiful and a good welcome to your Braga visit experience.
