it was good but nothing to be too excited about. stopped for 15 minutes and went inside like I say worth the top the bus got us 5 min later

Popped into this church which was very nice but really enjoyed going up the tower which only cost a Euro. While going up the tower I was able to peep out at the congregation below and the ceiling only looked liked plain planks of wood....More

We fell upon this square on our sight seeing trip, wow it is so quant and peaceful, we took some great photo shots of the college and area, there's so much history to soak up around here to be enjoyed... there's a taxi rank ,...More

Beautiful on the inside and you can get up the tower for only one euro. Conveniently located in the town square, it is peaceful and welcoming.

Through Historytellers you can walk through the central city and take part in the history of culture, wine production and religion in the most comfortable way helped by most pleasant and competent volonteers.

The Jesuits College offers a wonderful location to enjoy a peaceful and very economical cup of coffee and pastel de nata. The surroundings are very special and tranquil. Well worth a visit.

The Jesuits College of Funchal stands across the towns square. It has a wonderful interior with amazing sculptors and murals. For €1.00 you can climb the tower and enjoy the views of Funchal from the elevated vantage point. Well worth visiting

I'm sorry, I've no idea, but it might be worth contacting the students' association of Madeira University, as they provide English and Portuguese language guides and are knowledgable, good luck!
