Lisbon in March can be beautiful and sunny. What is better to rent a bike and exploit the city. I rented a bike and made the trip to Belim. In Belim the first goal was to have a good seafood lunch outside with a nice view on the river Taag. Second goal was to taste the Pasteis of Belim. There... More

Wanted a semi serious tandem to do some cycling and bikeiberia came up trumps. Good bike, well serviced and gave us great ideas about cycling over the other side of the river to places we may not have considered had we not known the ferry at Belem took bikes.

I stayed in Lisbon for a day and wanted to explore the coastline to ericeira (=a place to go!). Tania (the manager) and her staff was very kind, they provided me a good bike for 1 1/2days, gave me valuable hints with a bikemap and even helped me to install my bag on the rack. So I was ready for... More

Excellent service, great location and good bikes - would recommend. Lisbon is not thought of as a cycling city, but there is a good route along the River Tagus and for those with stronger legs/lungs you can go into the higher areas of the city. In addition the hire centre is near the railway station (Cais de Sodre). It is... More

Me and my wife rented "comfort touring" bikes for self-guided four days route along the coast towards Porto. Tania from BikeIberia was very helpful and gave detailed answers for all my questions. Bikes were in very good condition (I was surprised to see LX-level on rented bike) and price (especially in winter) was fine. And for a long-term hire there... More

Good bikes and decent price. They didn't have a child seat so we went for the trailer which our 4 year old daughter loved. Perfect way to take a leisurely ride and see the sites, stopping to see market and a few drinks.. Only very minor inconvenience was them wanting credit card for the booking and cash to pay for... My girlfriend and I came across bike iberia via trip advisor. We called in and Eduardo was extremely helpful. We told him exactly what we wanted the bikes for which was to travel down to Belem. He told us how to get to the bike path and allowed us to pay for 2 hours (the shortest period you can rent... More

I paid for three bikes and I got nothing but excuses and out a lot of money. I don't recommend this company to anyone, because if anything goes wrong (the company not delivering the bikes when they were suppose to) they will not give you your money back. We are out 850 Eur, with no bikes and a really bad... More

Dear TtravelGals, We believe that, two reviewers (which did not use our services) claiming to be your sisters already made 2 poor reviews on June 16th and June 17th on this same issue but only now we could relate them to you. We were puzzled of who they were and why would someone rent bikes for a "hiking trip"? Nevertheless,... More

I have to give them one star for the simple reason that they refused to hire me a bike. Their web site say they take Visa and Mastercard. It does not make clear they only take credit cards and not debit cards. Why? "It is our policy". Why is that your policy? "We don't know. Management sets the policy." I... More

Dear Henry, Appreciate your email and review. Please consider, why would someone like Mr Henry walk into the premises of a legitimate business challenging their Terms of Operation? and saying "your management is stupid"? Or suggesting "either you do things as I demand or you will get 1 star review online"? It is an unusual and unpleasant surprise, to have... More

Very Relaxed way to see some of Lisbon, We went from the shop to the belam area all along the river bank. Guide called Edward was excellent and very knowledgeable about the area. Would high recommend. Would have given five out of five but the equipment could have been better.
