Neighbourhood: Graça & São Vicente
You can be thankful that most common travel guides don't mention Graça and São Vicente that often. Part of Lisbon's historic center and "Old Town", they feel like independent villages in the capital's center, and more untouched than Alfama. Amazing views, restaurants and parks, as well as important monuments like the S. Vicente Church and the National Pantheon, make this a spectacular option for those looking for a more tranquil walk-around in the center of Lisbon. Graça has been the choice of many younger people over the past years, both nationals and expats, given the cozy feeling of the neighborhood and its hidden secrets.

This is one of many lookouts over the city of Lisbon and the Douro River known as Miradouros. At Miradouro da Graça (Portuguese for Grace Viewpoint), you’ll find far fewer tourists than the wildly popular Miradouro das Portas do Sol, with more locals than outsiders and even a small bar and patio. From this vantage point, you’ll have a great view of Lisbon. As an added bonus, you can walk through the gorgeous Church of Our Lady of Grace next to this Miradouro, the namesake for the lookout.

One of the best spots in lisbon to enjoy the views, Sagres and the vibe of Lisboa!

Easy to reach by Tram28, and definitely worth a visit during sunset!

Lovely viewpoint of the city. Only requires a quick stop so plan for twenty minutes max but definitely don't skip over this place during your visit to Lisbon.

The views here are terrific of the city below and of the castle. It is a good place to stop and rest and to take a bunch of photos.

Drop into the church and light a candle while you view the old interior.
In front of the “Graça” the square offers a view over the city and the Castelo São Jorge.

The better place is Miradouro da Nossa. This place is overrated. The views are ok. Better views from Miradouro da Nossa.

Another spectacular viewpoint, there are so many dotted around town (Lisbon is built on seven hills after all!), but this one is in my personal top three... especially good view of the castle (up on yet another hill, you guessed it right!)... there's also a beautiful church here

This is one of many viewing platforms around the city with as expected great views - a good place to while away the time, lazing around, reading, dozing, drinking, chatting or all four!

The Miradouro da Graca viewpoint is one of the most popular viewpoints in Lisbon. This viewpoint is located on the border Graca and Alfama districts. It is a popular meeting place for students, young people and couples in love, all thanks to its view of Lisbon's historic center, the Baixa district and the Tagus River. At the Miradouro de Graca , you can find a kiosk serving hot and cold drinks, and a dozen tables and benches, all surrounded by trees that cast shade .There is also the imposing church of Igreja da Graca here. A great place for any traveler. At the same time, after getting there, you can admire the beautiful views as well as regenerate before further walks. It is worth taking photos here, to make the memories stay longer. Beautiful place. Although it is popularly called the Graca viewpoint - Miradouro da Graca - its official name is Miradouro Sophia de Mello Breyner Andresen. It is named after the famous Portuguese writer.
