Found this place downtown to watch the liverpool fa cup game. Good food and drink at very reasonable prices (6.5 eu for guinness and a shot). Good chicken sandwich and then huge burger with an egg and bacon for the arsenal match.

We popped in on a Friday night and it was rammed! We managed to get a table near a big screen and the staff trawled hundreds of tv channels to find a football game we wanted to watch, so a gold star there! We decided to eat and the burger with cheese and an egg on top was A+++. Drinks... More

We wanted to get a bite to eat and watch a football match. The bar is perfect for both. Busy but great service and a big screen. We saw signs for quizzes and live music. The only downside is smoking is permitted inside and everyone seemed to be taking advantage. We had children and didn't stay long because of this.... More

You get what you expect here, great drinks, food and atmosphere There was no sport on when we went but the place was busy and the service was as you would expect, friendly and quick You can stand outside and watch the world go by as well Well worth a visit, pretty close to the train station as well

The staff are all so super friendly and more than willing to give local travel advice which turned out to be excellent for us. The food was amazing, the owner/manager used to be a chef, so no surprise that the food was well above normal standard for a pub. More like 5 star standard to me. Live music every weekend... More

Typical pub as you would expect, including some Irish guys with bad hairpieces in watching football. Price for a pint was very reasonable and the lady on the bar was very polite and friendly. But! The bathroom.....The toilet, well the previous person must have not been too well, and this was a Thursday afternoon...the floors around the urinal were flooded... More

No complaints. Some of the friendliest most helpful staff I have ever encountered. A huge big-screen to watch Liverpool hammer Leicester and good mix of locals and tourists. Very relaxed atmosphere and decent value for money.

I don't know where to start but.. actually I'm speechless! A manager that jokes about spitting in the food! Serious? The food was awful, unfriendly staff (not one smile), they asked if I didn't like the food sense I stopped after 2 bite's, when I said yes they didn't try to make up for it in any way. Not even...
