We sat, I mean stood in the ULTRA section. It was an intense and amazing experience! Such passion. I recommend you learn the words if you are not a fan! But afterwards you will find a place for Sporting in your heart! It's a shame they lost the game, I can only imagine the pandemonium if they (we) had won!

A nice stadium, and the atmosphere at Sporting match was good. The stadium does not offer much, you can only move within the small section where you're seated as the corridors are closed with fences. People were hanging at the shopping area before the match, as there is nothing to do at the stadium and only non-alcoholic beer for sale... More

One of the stadiums witch have been built for European 2004, is very confusing and is a bit sad on colour and it was dirt and the toilets were disgusting

Really enjoyed the stadium tour, the guide gave us a good insight of the importance of Sporting through the years. As I'm a massive Ronaldo/Figo fan I was particularly pleased they shined them in such great lights as basically being the best players to come out of the club. The museum too is excellent, the amount of trophies (this includes... More

Our visit to Lisbon coincided with a Champions League group stage match against Legia Warsaw, so we thought it would be rude not to see it. The stadium is located just off the penultimate stop on the north end of the green metro line (Campo Grande) and is easy to find. You are able to eat and drink in the... More

If you have to take a dump, this is the right place to do it... The streets around this stadium smells like piss and around the main stairs there´s always a bunch of club hooligans, messing around. This is the house of Sporting Club of Portugal (mainly a football/soccer team) and besides the worst shopping mall I´ve ever seen, there´s... More

Decent stadium with reasonable facilities and good views of the pitch from all around. However if you sit very high up you can't see the rest of the stadiums upper tiers so you feel a bit separate. The fans make the experience memorable as they didn't stop singing in the whole 90 minutes.

After being severely let down by rude Benfica staff earlier in the day, we decided to give Estádio José Alvalade a try as really wanted to check out some footballing history from this fantastic city. Although the signs aren't amazingly clear outside, we asked a member of staff and were politely directed to go down toward section 1 and off... More

A fantastic stadium with a great tour and museum. We were welcomed on arrival in English and easily booked onto the tour. The tour was bilingual and gave a great insight to this Sporting Great. We got to see the press room, presidents suite, dressing rooms, pitch and lots of the teams history. An awesome visit.
