Miradouro de Santa Luzia is located at the path towards the castle and worth a stop due to the magnificent views, and some rest :) nice spot for great river and old Lisbon pictures

This is well worth the hilly walk up, plenty of places to stop and rest. The view is just fantastic, great atmosphere.

A cool place where people meet to have a drink and listen to music played by locals. The view is nice, but the nearby builingsn not so much. Some of them in ruin and a lot of garbage in the surrounding area.

Good view right in the heart of the Castle neighborhood. Looks like we're floating over the river. Typical Portuguese sidewalk, I advise comfortable shoes. Suggest a guided tour: APP Tour Guide - Pedro Guedes

Food was ok, but the view was absolutely tremendous and the staff very knowledgeable and agreeable. Had mixed grill which was good, and the cal do verde was ok. Don't go for the sea soup - bad tomato based stock and no real fish. Best...More

Another view point that you can watch Vasco de Gama bridge and Tejo river. You can reach there by tram nr 26 (If I remember good) after or before visiting Sao Jorge Castle. Worth to see

Waited a long time for our drinks and eventually walked away. Very annoying and badly arranged service.

Explore narrow streets and alleyways, small cafes and,
of course, the internationally acclaimed Fado music.
The earth-shattering Great Earthquake of 1755
destroyed most of the city but the contiguous
neighborhoods of Mouraria, Castelo and Alfama remained
standing to this day. These neighborhoods represent
Lisbon at its historical best. The cool breeze of the
Tagus river will take you up the hills to the sound of
