We really enjoyed our meal and the entertainment at Cafe Lusk in which the Fado was performed. All of the singers and musicians were excellent. This was an enjoyable way to have a dinner, which itself was very tasty. The sea bass, in particular, had...More

The food is way overpriced. I paid over 50 euros for a fish dinner with one glass of wine. Most of the dinners start at 33 euros, which is very expensive for anywhere in Lisbon. What you are really paying for is the fado music....More

Whilst the Fado was good made better by the company we were in, the food was not of a standard that would normally expect in a recommended 'traditional Fado/ Portugese experience' spent all of the following day in a hotel room whilst my wife recovered...More

We heard that the food was mediocre and expensive, so we went only to hear the Fado performances: 3 singers, 3 guitarists. Two singers were perfunctory, the other slightly better. Not worth the cover charge.

Pavement cafe offering excellent natas tarts and very good coffee. The waitress couldn't believe I wanted two tarts, but seemed convinced - but her colleague came out to check anyway. Didn't realise people generally restrained themselves! We both thoroughly enjoyed the tarts, coffee and people-watching.

Delicious dinner with Fado music. 5 Fado singers combined and solo for a wonderful authentic Portuguese evening.

Love love love the cave-like decor, adored the music and musicians, found the food forgettable - yet this was a wonderful memorable evening. Great ambiance, soulful music (love the soldado, the longing haunting melodies). Good service, good wine, nice appetizers, reasonably well prepared cod dinners...More
