We accidently walked throughPpink St on our way to Time Out Market. Its known as Rua Nova do Carvalho and is a small pedestrian street. It was previously a gambling dens, had brothels, and seedy bars and criminals use to frequent Since 2013 it became known as Pink St when an urban renewal project painted the pavement between the terraces, bars and clubs in pink. It is one of Lisbon’s hottest destination at night and the centre of Lisbons nightlife. I visited during the day and not night and it was quiet and looked cute in its pink colour and lots of colourful umbrellas overhead.

The pink and the umbrellas were cool but it was far from city center. Walked uphill steep hill then down. We sat at a bar did not get served. Looks much better in pictures the real experience

A recently regenerated area. Road painted pink. Lots of bars. We went early evening. Considering the awful wet weather we had during the day the area had a good atmosphere and a fun, party vibe. I imagine it could be a bit rowdy later in the evening. The umbrellas were very photogenic. Worth a look if in the area.

We did the tourist trap and took our selfies on Pink Street and under the multi colored umbrellas. During the early afternoon, there were just a couple restaurants open with just a few guests. The street was very clean as we walked its entire length, roughly 250 meters which seemed to be split half before and after the bridge. Overall if in the area stop by but don’t need to go out of your way unless have to see the pink street.

The famous "Pink Street" has it's own life after dark. I guess that's how it was some years ago, and that's how it is now. There are many restaurants, a lot of people and good entertainment. Performers takes "the stage" and if they find someone who follows, than there is a lot of fun for many people. If you are in a mood of having late dinner/glass of wine - go for it. Almost deserted during day.

The perfect party place where action goes on till late night. It has alley full of bars and pubs. Go and grab a nice local beer and you can sit there for hours also. ThisStreet is always crowded and is a photos hotspot for tourists. Located in the main area of Lisbon

I am sure this place is vibrant at night but don't bother going during day time to see a small strip of road painted pink and some faded umbrellas! The photos are not what you actually see in the day time. Unless you happen to be steps away from this place I certainly do not recommend a special de-tour to visit pink street.

Slightly underwhelmed, but can say we have seen it. We sat and had a beer 🍺 and listened to a band that was playing in the street. We were told by the uber driver be very careful off opportunist pick pockets, lots of guys offering drugs in the street

I brought my mum to Lisbon for her 77th birthday and we were a little disappointed with the location on the edge of Pink Street opposite a building site with the noise of construction workers. The loft apartment is HUGE and we were surprised to find the two bedrooms on different levels separated by an entire full flight of stairs. This did make it difficult for us to interact but perfect for a group of friends or two couples. Despite the soundproofing windows and shutters you can still hear noise of people and music into the early hours. Again maybe not an issue for a younger group but not appropriate for us. We ended up moving into the main hotel which they are linked with in the middle of the night as we were lucky enough that they had some vacancies. From that point on our trip got better and better. Thank you Corpo Santo Hotel. Everyone we encountered at the Corpo Santo hotel was friendly and helpful.

It was interesting, but somewhat underwhelming. If you're already in the area, go ahead and make a point to see it, but not worth going out of your way. It was a very short street. We went around 3:00 pm, and not much to see or much going on. Things got more lively in early evening after 5:00.
