Neighbourhood: Graça & São Vicente
You can be thankful that most common travel guides don't mention Graça and São Vicente that often. Part of Lisbon's historic center and "Old Town", they feel like independent villages in the capital's center, and more untouched than Alfama. Amazing views, restaurants and parks, as well as important monuments like the S. Vicente Church and the National Pantheon, make this a spectacular option for those looking for a more tranquil walk-around in the center of Lisbon. Graça has been the choice of many younger people over the past years, both nationals and expats, given the cozy feeling of the neighborhood and its hidden secrets.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Wonderful view! I recommend this place. You can see almost whole Lisbon. It's quite tough to reach the viewpoint but it's worth to take an effort.

We’ve been to five city viewpoints and this is the best. Walking up will be fine for most. Much less crowded than other viewpoints. You see everything - castle, Tajo, Bairro Alto, Baixa, the Bridge etc.

This is an excellent viewpoint over Lisboa and mercifully shady, which made it a pleasant place to idle a little during the heat of August afternoon. An artisan lemonade seller was present and did a justifiably roaring trade. It was quite busy but not overcrowded and I would like to return to view sunset one day.

This is a lovely small church upon a great view spot. The feature of this otherwise plain church is a stone 'birthing chair' from 303 AD.
