Great history to learn more about the shepard's. Very historic it was great. Amazing stories and amazing to learn they died so young. Well worth it.

I visited this cottage with my tour group. It was very interesting to see the house where Jacinta and Francisco lived, There were replicas of their beds as well as other furmishings.

It was a larger house than I expected, with many rooms. It is well preserved and the furniture and textiles give a very real feel for how life was for Francisco and Jacinta.

I agree with the previous answers - you can do it, but drive carefully - it's narrow and there are always many people walking in the roads!

It's a lovely location and it's very popular. You can take a tour, or walk there, or take the little train. Well worth doing, whatever method of travel you choose!

Yes, if your physically fit it is possible to walk. There is a small train available, which takes you all around the area. Hope this is of help.
