This is the most western spot on Europe's map, on the Atlantic Ocean coast. Too many tourists come here just to say: I've been here and so did we. The lighthouse and the coastline are a perfect background for taking pictures. It is worth visiting only if you are visiting Sintra or the coastline area.

While Cabo da Roca itself is beautiful and it being the most western point of the European continent makes it special, taking a walk along the coast is very rewarding, too. We started at Praia Grande and walked on top of the cliffs to Praia da Adraga, another beautiful beach. We did not go swimming since the ocean was too... More

The sky, the sea, the wind, the wave, the cliff, the green and the flowers, together, comprise of a very inviting scene. Magic of Mather nature. It gives you strength and inner peace.

Cabo da Roca is a beautiful place. It's the most westerly point of the European continent, and a must to visit. The views of the sea are great, the sea carved cliffs are superb looking. Certainly a good place to grab a coffee and and enjoy and relax.

There is a lighthouse ... as you are on the edge of the Cape, of course and a room where you can get a certificate stating your presence at this place ! There is also a restaurant serving mainly fish and shellfish direct from the Atlantic... More

Beautiful, beautiful! We were fortunate to come right at the beginning of summer when the hills were filled with wildflowers! This is the most western part of Europe. The sea and cliffs make for a postcard scene. Loved it!
