I visited this church. The admission for Biblioteca Joanina includes the admission to this church. This church was beautiful on the inside with it's colours and tiles. It was worth it.

If you have a little bit of time, see this and Joanina Library. You will not be disappointed. It's all in the university center so very accessible downtown

You'll probably be here less than 5 minutes, but it's well worth the visit. One of the nicest looking little chapels I saw in Portugal.

The chapel is on the multi-ticket, and well worth seeing. Beautifully decorated, and fascinating, the walls tiled in blue and white, and there are explanatory leaflets inside in English - although students act as guides too and we had a very knowledgeable Brazilian law student...More

This is a beautiful chapel, maybe better to visit it before the library because you cannot appreciate its beauty as much from being overwhelmed by the library.
