Yes, a bridge, but it does have some fabulous statues at each end. Not t mention, a very nice view from the middle

These Statues depict the main trades and industries in Aveiro. They are located in the center of the city on the main bridge of the city where the maleceiros are located. This is a cant miss when you are there.

These two bronze statues are located on a busy bridge over the main canal and show two traditional trades of Aveiro, fishing and salt harvesting.

While walking along the riverbank you should cross the bridge to see all the beauty of this town. On the bridge are two bronze sculptures of a "Fisherman" and "fisherwomen". Both are beautiful and great to take a picture with Them.

Located on main bridge. They represent the female and male salt workers--no signage which sucks- but check them out as you cross over.
