The tour was reasonably priced but I still expected more. We were the only English speaking visitors on our tour and our guide didn’t speak English. I speak a bit of French, as did the guide, so he provided an abbreviated narrative for me and...More

Great boat tour! Money well spent indeed and it lasts about 45 minutes. Do not miss this opportunity of getting to know the city when you are visiting Aveiro.

Aveiro is known as the Venice of Portugal so you must take the boat ride! Inexpensive and didn’t have to wait long for our turn. Not a long ride but romantic and scenic.

Making the boat trip in Aveiro is really nice. It shows you some very nice places in and near Aveiro. Also the guides are very friendly and tell interesting things about what you see.

If you come to Aveiro, then you must do a boattrip on the canals. You have the most beautiful view on the city and can enjoy all those beautiful colours of houses and people. We loved it. Takes about an hour.

Can't go to Aveiro and not take a boat trip, right? As far as I could tell, many companies run tours for 8€ with a duration on 45 minutes. Can't really tell if one is better than another. We went with Avietours. From ticket salesman...More
