These city gates of Ponta Delgada are very beautiful and the square is very nice. It is really a highligt of a beautiful city - and best of all it is free.
The gates of Ponta Delgada are beautiful and welcoming. The city is beautiful with its black and painted white lava bricks which are laid out beautiful patterns throughout the Island.
The gates are the highlights of Ponta Delgada so go see them for sure. It's a busy place so make sure to see all the sights there.
