I always use yellow fish to transfer to, and from the airport when visiting Albufeira and other places in Portugal, usually my friend books it but this time I did, and the process was very simple. The drivers are very punctual. They turn up, greet you with a smile help you with your luggage. The car is always clean and big enough for what you have as they ask you roughly what you will be bringing at the point of booking. On our return journey the driver arrived in plenty of time and even helped me with my dreadful pronunciation of Portuguese that I have been trying to learn, Elvis you are an asset to your company and I hope that that is appreciated. We had a very enjoyable transfer time with you. having said that we have never had a bad driver with yellow fish. They are all friendly and all of them speak English and I am sure other languages much better than me who struggles to learn just one . Highly recommend yellowish.

Brilliant reliable company. We usually end up on a coach transfer when we go on holiday but wanted something more direct. Communication was fantastic, drivers where friendly and safe, and the cars where spotless. Wouldnt use any other fransfer company when we return

I was searching for a transfer for a recent business trip in Portugal and I came across Yellowfish. After reading the great comments I decided to book. I am very impressed with the ease of booking, the ability to reach customer service and their quick response time, clean vehicles, timely service, pleasant drivers and consistency. I needed to make a request for them to pick me up and take me to another hotel but wasn’t able to get that done on the website. I sent an email to the office and they literally held my hand through the entire process. 10 points Yellowfish. I highly recommend this company. They are a little pricier than if you take an independent taxi but well worth it for the service and ease.

My trip from my hotel in Burgau to Faro Airport was faultless. The booking online was easy, I was kept informed before the trip and he was there spot on time for my pick-up. I have mobility issues and your driver took my baggage from my hotel to the vehicle and assisted me into the car. We had a friendly conversation throughout the journey during which he spoke very good English whilst also improving my limited Portuguese. At the Airport he was able to locate my Special Assistance and wait with me until they arrived. I found the entire trip an enjoyable experience and competitively priced.

This is the 3rd time I’ve used Yellowfish Transfers - they really stand out at the airport and tell you exactly where they’ll be. They are punctual and friendly too. The booking system is so easy which takes all the stress away.

Really friendly staff. Both cars were spotlessy clean, aircon and very comfortable for our hour journey. Staff member brought our bags to the car at the airport for us, and staff member was there nice and early for us for transfer back. Highly recommend, will be availing of this service on next year's return. Thanks again.

Very reliable and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again next time. Driver was waiting at the airport and there at the hotel for pick up. Friendly drivers both times and very helpful Going through border control can be very busy and Yellowfish need to hear from you within the hour to confirm so I sent a quick email and they replied back straight away and knew I was coming. First time I have used Yellowfish Transfers but would use again. On arrival the driver was waiting in the terminal with our name on a board as promised. We were driven to Cabanas and on arrival at the apartment the driver made sure we were at the correct block of apartments before departing. On collection day, the driver arrived 10 minutes early . I received text message reminders before each trip which was great. The drivers were friendly and the vehicles clean.
