I was a bit strange because I only wanted to stay ON this hop-on hop-off tour but they adjusted and gave me a wonderful tour between the islands. Thank you Joao Patarata for giving me an experience I will never forget!

Spent a few hours here and it was absolutely fabulous. There was a bar/restaurant and toilet on the island which made it very enjoyable.

We went early in the morning and had the whole island almost to ourselves, was quiet, calm and just so relaxing! Later it gets relatively busy but still not overcrowded. Nice, long, fairly clean sandy beach with lots of seashells to collect. Sunbeds are available...More

It's not called the deserted isle for no good reason... there's only one very small snack bar and a restaurant which seem oddly positioned, not really making the most of the views. The beaches however are amazing and if you like a really empty place...More
