They were awesome! Never worried about my bag once the whole 13 days! They were very easy to work with. We changed our accommodations and added bags last minute and it was still flawless! I highly recommend this to everyone!

What a great service! We used VC two years in a row. The first year we got sick and they adapted very quickly to the new itinerary. Of course we used them again when we went back and finished our walk.
