We had a group of 7 friends who booked this tour in advance and were very excited as we heard great things. Unfortunately, we were not even able to do the tour because of misinformation and terrible customer service. The owner stated he sent us an email with meeting instructions, we looked through our emails for hours and there was no email to be found. We called at least 10 times in advance, as we were unsure where to meet, and no one ever answered or bothered to call us back. When we wrote into the owner to explain the situation, his only reaction was to blame us and take no responsibility. Absolutely awful customer service, I would not recommend this tour to anyone.…

I'm not a great sailor and don't really like small boats but was recommended to do this trip by several people who had visited the Algarve before and I wasn't disappointed, the boat was able to enter into some of the caves, and the coast scenery was out of this world, definately recommend this trip to anyone visiting the Algarve you'll not be disappointed…

We are on our honeymoon and decided to sign up for paddle boarding instead of taking the boats into the caves, and we are so happy we did this! Not only do you get a significantly more up close and intimate experience with the caves, our guide was also awesome, super friendly and very informative. He also takes pictures so you don’t have to bring your camera. Highly recommend!…
