Typical touristical "old town", nice but crowdy... If You want to see some people and street entertainment in the evening, this is a nice place to stay. Please do take a room outside the centre because you wont sleep

A lively place where no similar i guess... loved all the charm about it, the walks in the narrowed streets, the music, the food, the shops... we had such great time like no other place and we spent every night of the Algarve vacation there

It is what it is, lots of bars and clubs places to eat, tacky shops. In the day it is okay for families in the night for partiers. There is still a historical feel to the place and it is clean but it is busy

This was the only part of Albufeira we found that hadn’t been spoilt by overdevelopment. A peaceful oasis away from crowds.
