Beach wasn’t crowded & water was cold. Great views with the castle in the background. Free Showers, clean sand & view of cove with sailboats & catamarans anchored. You can see the container shipyard in the background but that didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves.

The beach itself is not large, but it has all you need: showers, toilets and life guards on duty. Water is warm. Good for swimming. And Vasco da Gama is watching you from the hill 😀.
